Job Responsibility
- Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan and speciality beverages.
- Cleaning and sanitising work/ service areas, utensils and equipment
- Describing menu items and suggesting products to customers
- Servicing customers and taking orders
- Ordering, receiving and distributing stock supplies
- Knowing the different roasts and brewing processes.
- Operating espresso machines and other equipment.
- At least 1 year experience
- Minimum SPM Certification
- Able to work on shifts, weekends and during Public Holidays
- Great communication skills
- High level of attention-to-detail
- Adaptable to change and willing to embrace new ideas and processes
- Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work
- Pleasant personality with good problem-solving skills
- Team player qualities
- Familiarity with coffee brewing and tea preparation equipment preferred
- Prior barista or related training a plus
- Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
