Job Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and other beverages.
- Train and mentor junior baristas in coffee preparation techniques, customer service, and general operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
- Assist with scheduling, staffing, and other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, including taking orders, processing payments, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Stay informed about current beverage trends, industry developments, and new products to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
- Passionate about coffee & patisserie.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a barista.
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, equipment, and ingredients.
- Basic photography and videography skills for capturing images and short videos suitable for social media platforms.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Full Time: 5 and 6 working days every alternate week.
- Part Time: Flexibility in working hours, including availability for morning, afternoon, and weekend shifts.
