Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Review and analyze product and process data to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure adherence to established quality standards.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action planning to address quality issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Provide training and support to employees on quality management systems and processes.
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Participate in supplier quality management activities, including supplier evaluation and audits.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement efforts.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Prior experience in quality management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and tools, such as ISO 9001.
- Experience in conducting quality audits and inspections.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
