Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate manufacturing processes based on quality criteria, such as efficiency and speed.
- Study production and machine requirements.
- Develop and test effective automated and manual systems.
- Organize and manage manufacturing workflows and resources.
- Optimize facility layouts, production lines, machine operations, and network performance.
- Resolve issues and delays in production.
- Find ways to reduce costs and maximize quality.
- Train staff in new and existing processes.
- Collaborate with other engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure that manufacturing procedures follow safety and environmental regulations.
- Upgrade systems and processes with new technology.
- Actively involved in RCCA analysis with QC/QC teams, as well as supporting internal/external audits.
Qualifications:
- Degree: Degree in manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical engineering required.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in Semiconductor or similar industries will be an added advantage.
- Skills: Experience evaluating and troubleshooting manufacturing processes and machinery.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience using CAD, CAM, data analysis programs, and related technical drawing software.
- Availability: Ability to occasionally support during off hours/weekends if the need arises.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Organization: Strong organization and management skills.
- Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Expertise: High level of technical expertise.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical thinker.
