主要職責
- 管理應付帳款 (AP) 的整個流程，包括：發票處理、核對和三方匹配；供應商對帳單核對。
- 確保及時且準確地將供應商發票錄入會計系統。 • 與供應商溝通解決帳單差異和付款相關事宜。
- 協助完成與應付帳款相關的月末結算工作。 • 維護適當的文件和歸檔系統，以滿足稽核和合規要求。
- 支援與應付帳款交易相關的內部和外部審計要求。
- 協助上級處理其他財務和會計工作。 • 支援電子發票的實施和合規性。
- 協助監控 K1/K2 表格，並支援 SST 申報表的準備和提交。
- • 在團隊成員缺勤期間，為應收帳款 (AR) 職能提供支援。
要求
- 會計、金融或相關領域的文憑或學士學位。
- 至少2-3年應付帳款或類似會計職位的工作經驗。
- 有製造業工作經驗者優先考慮。
- 熟悉 ERP 系統和 Microsoft Office 應用程序，尤其是 Excel。
- 具備銷售與服務稅 (SST)、電子發票和法定合規要求的基本知識者優先考慮。
- 良好的馬來語和英語溝通能力。
- 注重細節，做事有條理，能夠在極少監督下獨立工作。
- 具有強烈的責任感，能夠按時完成任務並承受壓力。
