Position Responsibilities
- Safely transport directors and company staff to and from specified locations as instructed.
- Adjust travel routes to avoid traffic congestion or road construction.
- Be prepared and punctual to arrive at locations as directed by the employer.
- Maintain the company vehicle by performing regular washing, cleaning, monthly maintenance, PUSPAKOM inspections, road tax, and insurance.
- Adhere strictly to road traffic rules and regulations.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all company activities.
- Report any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the company as deemed necessary.
- Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (Malaysian Certificate of Education).
- Have at least 2-3 years of professional driving experience.
- Possess a valid driving license (GDL/PSV), a clean traffic record, and no criminal history.
- Demonstrate good driving skills and familiarity with Klang Valley roads and outstation routes.
- Ability to use navigation apps (Waze / Google Maps) to determine the best routes.
- Exhibit effective communication skills and excellent time management.
- Maintain a good working attitude, pleasant appearance, and good health.
- Be disciplined, punctual, and have good attendance.
- Have basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and public holidays, and be available on call if required.
