Requirements

• Candidate must posses at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in graphic design or similar role is required for this position
• Familiarity with design software
• Remarkable ability to work under pressure, tight deadlines, flexible hours during peak season and meet KPIs
• Proficient in both written and spoken ENGLISH and MANDARIN is a MUST . As the role requires candidate to engage with mandarin speaking customers.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively.
• Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
• Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.
• Business-minded where applicable with entrepreneurship skill to ensure business success.
• Have strong knowledge of applicable system automation, business solution software.

Responsibility

• Turn strategic direction into high-quality designs that fit the established brand identity.
• Develop concepts by hand or software and execute original content by determining ideal usage of colors, text, font styles, images and layout.
• Manage the design and upload process for all project materials in accordance with best practices for using content management systems.
• Utilize trend intelligence and knowledge of historical and current markets when designing and executing specific categories.
• Excellent communication skills, strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
• Work well in team and independently.
• Develop master visual concepts aligned with the internal creative brief and the campaign's objectives.

Nature of Work：Full Time

Working location：Seberang Jaya, Penang

Working hours：10am-7pm （Monday to Friday）, 10am-2pm（Saturday）
