Job Description: Junior Events Executive About Us: We are a holistic event management agency offering a wide spectrum of events and brand engagement services. We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Junior Events Executive to join our team. As a Junior Events Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our multi-service agency, acting as a bridge between our agency and our valued clients. Your primary responsibility will be assisting in project coordination and ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders. You'll be a vital link internally with working teams as well as externally with various clients. Responsibilities: As a Junior Events Executive, your key responsibilities will include:
- Meeting and collaborating with clients to understand their brief and requirements.
- Working closely with agency colleagues to create campaigns that align with the client's objectives and budget.
- Assisting in the development of presentation materials and contributing innovative campaign ideas.
- Collaborating with internal team and manager to gather essential information for campaigns and proposal development.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships between clients and the agency, ensuring seamless communication.
- Negotiating with clients and vendors to meet campaign requirements.
- Presenting creative work to clients for approval and feedback.
- Providing detailed administrative documentation, including contact reports and communication recaps.
- Handling various administrative tasks and arranging and attending meetings.
- Participating in pitch presentations with the goal of securing new business for the agency.
- Managing multiple accounts in a competitive and occasionally high-pressure environment.
- Frequent travels including client visits, off-site meetings and event related tasks.
- Travels for events, depending on campaign requirements.
