Your responsibilities:

  1. Manage and deliver the project in alignment with the JM Capital Project Management Framework, including obtaining the relevant stage gate approvals.
  2. Recruit, manage and lead the project delivery team including both internal and external resources ensuring clarity of scope, communication, and interaction to successfully deliver the project. Single day-to-day point of contact on all project business and managing commercial, contractual & technical issues.
  3. Manage all working groups associated with the project including providing leadership for technical reviews such as HAZOP, HAZID, value engineering, design integrity, 3D Model reviews.
  4. Responsible for preparing and managing the budget and spend within agreed parameters. Monitor overall project progress (cost & schedule) and use of resources ensuring corrective action is taken if necessary.
