Regional General Manager - E-commerce & Promotional Products

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Regional General Manager to lead and drive our client'soperations across Asia. This role is pivotal in executing our client'sstrategic vision, overseeing day-to-day operations, and achieving key growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence in Asia.
  • Lead and motivate a cross-functional team of sales, marketing, and customer service professionals.
  • Implement best practices in e-commerce operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics.
  • Manage a China-based printing facility to ensure timely and accurate order delivery across key markets in Asia.
  • Drive product innovation to meet evolving customer needs and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and partners to ensure high-quality products.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies across all operations.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to boost brand visibility.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce, with a focus on sales and operations management.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Strong understanding of technology platforms and digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
  • Knowledge of the promotional products industry, including sourcing, manufacturing, and customization processes.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence teams across multiple functions and locations.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin.
  • Prior experience managing a China-based printing or manufacturing facility.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Strong network within the e-commerce or promotional products industry.
