Handle a high volume of daily inquiries across various communication channels, providing accurate and complete information.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor towards customers at all times.
Assist customers in placing orders through our sales channels and go the extra mile to provide exceptional service.
Resolve customer issues promptly and follow up to ensure satisfactory resolution.
Collaborate with the production and operations teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
Enhance operational systems, processes, and best practices to support the organization's mission.
Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning strategies.

Possess advanced proficiency in English language skills.
Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is highly advantageous.
Demonstrated experience in sales or customer care roles.
Strong interpersonal communication abilities.
Self-motivated with a sense of urgency.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, with startup experience being beneficial.
Skilled in multitasking, prioritization, and time management.
Dedicated to enhancing customer experiences for increased retention and loyalty.
Maintain composure and empathy in high-pressure situations.
Detail-oriented and analytical.
Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
Data-driven and focused on performance, identifying up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Experience in e-commerce, retail, or consumer product support.
