Job Descriptions
- Assist in recruiting, testing, interviewing, and personality diagnostic programs; counsel managers on candidate selection; conduct and analyze exit interviews.
- Assist in carrying out performance appraisal exercises and ensure the timeliness of report preparation and submission.
- Schedule and conduct routine employee orientation or induction programs to prepare them for their new role and organizational culture.
- Arrange and carry out hearings and resolve employee grievances; counsel employees.
- Execute necessary procedures in matters related to employment for both locals and foreigners.
- Adhere to legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conduct investigations; maintain records.
- Assist in administering employee welfare and benefits programs such as life, health, disability insurance, leaves, and employee assistance.
- Enforce human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; plan, monitor, and appraise job results.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

- Required knowledge to perform Human Resource job well with minimal guidance.
- Able to work independently with minimal guidance.
- Able to accept suggestions and constructive criticism.
- Consistently fulfill all job responsibilities and inspire staff or colleagues to a good extent as a role model.
- Possess teamwork, time management, analyzing, and observation skills.
- Seek candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
Academy Requirements
- Degree or higher in HR discipline or any related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR-related working experience.
