Inside Sales Executive

Indoor sales for field sales vacant territories. Established good customer relationship and provide product selection solution to best meet the customer's workplace need. This role required good telephone sales skills in order to execute marketing promotion plan through telephone selling technique.

1 Winning new customer accounts through strategic business development planning
2 Perform an outbound call to customer under the vacant territories. 
3 Influences customers to buy products and to give product information and price quotations. 
4 To maintain & update the customer general data (Email, PIC, Contact number) 
5 To attend customer's feedback and handle customer related enquiries and complaints 
6 To monitor the new account creation under vacant territories and work closely with the ASM
7 To execute any promotion implemented by Marketing/Sales for re-activation or existing customer under the vacant territories
8 Provide excellent customer experience and maintain high level of service and professionalism at all times 
9 Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed 

10. Any other adhoc reasonable assignment assigned to you from time to time
