As a Sales and Client Onboarding Specialist, you will:

  • Find and onboard new merchants
  • Close sales and hit targets
  • Work with agents to promote and expand our listings
  • Ensure merchants maximize our platform’s benefits
Since many of our merchants and agents communicate in Mandarin and English, we need someone who can sell and engage fluently in both languages!

[Apply now at ; JOB REQUIREMENTS: Key Responsibilities 1. Sales and Merchant Acquisition
  • Identify potential merchants and pitch our platform’s value
  • Use Mandarin and English to communicate effectively with clients
  • Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations
  • Overcome objections and close deals
2. Merchant Onboarding and Relationship Management
  • Guide merchants through the onboarding process
  • Provide personalized consultations to help merchants succeed
  • Conduct face-to-face, video call, or event-based onboarding
3. Client Support and Appointment Management
  • Schedule and confirm sales meetings and onboarding sessions
  • Follow up with merchants to ensure smooth activation
  • Assist with technical or service-related issues
4. Work with Agents to Promote Listings
  • Build relationships with agents, resellers, and promoters to expand reach
  • Train agents on how to sell and promote our platform’s offerings
  • Monitor and support agent-driven sales efforts
5. Market Research and Prospecting
  • Stay updated on health and wellness industry trends
  • Use social media, networking, and research to find new merchants
6. Reporting and Growth Strategy
  • Track and report sales performance and onboarding metrics
  • Suggest improvements to increase merchant success rates
What We’re Looking For
  • Mandarin and English fluency – You must be able to sell and onboard merchants in both languages
  • Sales Experience – Background in B2B sales, merchant acquisition, or business development is a plus
  • Health and Wellness Enthusiast – Passion for the wellness industry is preferred
  • Strong Negotiation Skills – Confident in closing deals and handling objections
  • Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using CRM systems, social media, and digital tools
  • Self-Motivated and Target-Driven – A go-getter who thrives in sales challenges
  • Organized and Reliable – Able to manage multiple merchant relationships
  • Experience Working with Agents – Ability to collaborate with third-party agents and promoters
  • Willing to Travel – Open to traveling for sales meetings and business events
