Job Responsibility
- To conduct money changing and remittance service with customers.
- To provide excellent customer service with a smile.
- To conduct accurate and efficient transaction handling.
- To conduct effective customer due diligence.
- To reconcile daily transactions.
- To be responsible and accountable for the safety of their intra-day exchanges.
- Successful candidate will start with a 3-month contract. Upon end of contract, subsequent conversion into permanent staff or renewal for a longer period is possible, subject to work performance.
- Working Hour: Saturday to Wednesday, 9.30am-6.30pm, and Thursday, 9:30am - 3:30pm
- Only complete and updated resumes will be considered. Candidates who simply apply without any strong interest in the position will be blacklisted.
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/A Level / Pre- U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills and confident dealing with both local and foreign customer.
- Cash handling experience will be an added advantage.
- Possess strong customer service and problem solving skills.
- Able to work well in a team environment and contribute ideas.
- Detailed oriented and organized. Able to work weekend.
- Willing to be relocated or travel for work purpose as and when needed.
- Having a good command of different language is an advantage.
- This position is on a contract basis with possibility of permanent position for staff that are performing well.
