Key experiences and requirements we are looking for:

• Strategies on country/region purchase to be aligned with their global strategies
  
• Communicate well with key endusers and external vendors
  
• Negotiate on agreements for contracts that lead to cost savings
  
• Demonstrate leadership for overall process improvement
  
• Prepare and finalize procurement investment plans
  
• More than 10 years of procurement experience in a global environment
  
• Good communication with stakeholders
  
• Strong leadership experience
