Test Lead / Test Analyst (Bank) - IC

Job Description

1. 3-6 years working as a QA tester.
2. Create test plan for each sprint, manage test process, review test deliverables based on functional requirements and software design technical specifications.
3. Ensure complete coverage of all the use cases, test cases, and work-flows.
4. Review test strategies and ensure all various kinds of testing, e.g. functional, performance, stress, acceptance, etc. getting well covered.
5. Ensure that several testing and validation processes are improved continuously. Publish the improvements to all stakeholders.
6. Analyze test results and prepare detailed or summary QA test reports to senior management of Information Technology department and all the stakeholders respectively.
7. Tests through GUI with additional validation using SQL (ORACLE).
8. Sign off the QA test plan.
9. Fluent speaking (Mandarin and Cantonese) and written (Simplified and Traditional) communication in Chinese.
10. Familiarity with any defect-tracking tool like JIRA.
