Job Description:
As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company sales goals and profitability. Your role will involve strategic planning, sales management, and coordination with various departments to support overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business plans and sales strategies to ensure the achievement of company sales goals and profitability.
  • Prepare and execute action plans for effective search and engagement with sales leads and prospects.
  • Initiate and coordinate the development of action plans to penetrate new channels.
  • Manage and implement marketing campaigns in conjunction with the marketing team.
  • Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding sales performance.
  • Ensure accurate and competitive pricing on all prospect applications, striving to maintain maximum profit margins.
  • Maintain accurate records of pricing, sales, and activity reports.
  • Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes, ensuring communication and implementation within the team.
  • Ensure all sales activities meet or exceed established standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals, and closes.
  • Manage account receivables in existing and new sales channels.
  • Execute promotion plans in offline and online channels.
  • Oversee effective displays of POSM in retail stores. 


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably within pet food or food industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, strategy development, and execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies to capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
