Assist the Housekeeping Manager / Assistant Manager in the smooth and efficient running of the Housekeeping department, ensuring that all the policies and procedures outlined in the Departmental Operations Manual are strictly adhered to. QualificationsIdeally with a relevant Degree or Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
Minimum 2 year of work experience in Housekeeping operations.
Excellent customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a face paced environment.
Refined verbal and written communication skills.
