Are you passionate about crafting content that not only ranks—but resonates? We’re looking for a seasoned content leader to drive strategy, elevate storytelling, and lead a team that delivers meaningful work across internal brands and client projects. 🌱 What You’ll Own Content Strategy and Creation
- Design and lead integrated content strategies tied to business goals
- Uncover topics that inform, inspire, and convert across audiences
- Guide your team in producing standout content—from blogs to videos to data visualisations
- Keep a sharp eye on analytics, trends, and competitor insights to evolve our approach
- Ensure our tone, structure, and experience align with brand across all channels
- Stay sharp on copyright, data protection, and content regulations
- Experiment with emerging tech like AI writing tools to level up output
- Set the gold standard with style guides, templates, and scalable workflows
- Oversee a seamless content lifecycle—creation to archive
- Define and measure success with clear KPIs and reporting mechanisms
- Champion SEO, UX, and performance-led tweaks backed by data
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing content and social media team
- Nurture creativity, collaboration, and capability-building
- Manage content efforts across both in-house marketing and client-facing project
- 5+ years in content marketing, editorial, or communications (B2B/B2C)
- 2+ years in team leadership or people management
- 1+ year in client-facing roles (agency experience? Even better)
- Deep fluency in SEO, SEM, analytics, content systems and AI writing tools
- Comfort with data, performance metrics, and experimentation
- Excellent written English and editing finesse
- A natural mentor and multicultural team player
