Job Description

About the Role:

As a Production Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our production processes and ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing lines. You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, improving efficiency, and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical problems that arise during production, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
2. Process Optimization: Analyze and improve production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and meet production targets.
3. Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet the highest quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and certifications.
4. Capacity Planning: Assess production capacity and optimize resource allocation to meet demand and minimize bottlenecks.
5. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods to ensure uninterrupted production and timely deliveries.
6. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance overall efficiency.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing) or equivalent.
2. At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment.
3. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

1. Experience with ISO standards and quality management systems.
2. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and tools.
3. Proficiency in CAD/CAM software.
