主要職責
- 負責處理銷售諮詢、到店諮詢和線上註冊，並跟進潛在客戶以促成銷售。
- 參與週末在銷售中心以及專案現場、房產發布會或展覽會的執勤工作。
- 有效監控和追蹤銷售流程，以便在規定的時間內完成銷售。
- 協助買方取得最終融資，並安排買方與集團合作律師簽署必要的文件。
- 每週準備銷售報告並提交給直接上級。
- 公司品牌大使。
- 為指定客戶配備專屬聯絡人。
- 與客戶建立積極、有效率的關係，促進業務成長。
- 制定策略以提高客戶滿意度。
要求：
- 持有任何專業的最低文憑即可。
- 最好有兩年相關領域的工作經驗，也歡迎應屆畢業生申請。
- 自我激勵，樂於學習。
- 具備良好的溝通能力、人際溝通能力和銷售技巧。
- 具備良好的英語和馬來語口語及寫作能力。
- 具備良好普通話口語能力的應徵者，在與講普通話的客戶打交道時將具有優勢。
