Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel arrangements.
• Provide detailed information on travel destinations, itineraries, and accommodation options.
• Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests efficiently.
• Ensure a seamless and enjoyable booking experience for all clients.
• Stay updated on travel industry trends, deals, and policies

The ideal candidate will have:

• English/Mandarin/Cantonese - written and spoken
• Demonstrated experience in a dedicated Cruise ship sales, role in a travel agency, tour operator or concierge business
• Experience working as a Cruise Specialist within a Travel Agency
• Demonstrated experience in a dedicated flight sales role in a travel agency, tour operator or concierge business
• Experience working as a Cruise Specialist would be an advantage
• Hands-on experience in one or more GDS systems, ideally Amadeus, including complex multi-sector and round the world routing departing from all major global hubs
• A knowledge of and enthusiasm for a wide range of leisure and city destinations and types of travel.
• Proven success in putting together luxury holidays for affluent clients
