Performance Supervisor

Job Responsibility

WAREHOUSE

• Incoming Inspection for Raw Materials & Packaging Materials

Truck: Cleanliness, non-food contact, pest infestation;

Raw Material: Color, odor, foreign matters, pest infestation, exterior packaging;

Packaging Material: Quality

• Assist PIC from warehouse for proper segregation of each area
• Ensure proper labeling of all WIP/ NCR

PRODUCTION

• Cross-checking with the production supervisor for the issuance of raw material & packaging material
• Verify batching quantity (BMR) for each production prior to batching

During Production (Hourly Verification)

• Bottle loading checklist

Inspection on glass bottles of the correct usage, condition, cleanliness, foreign matters

• Capping condition checklist

Inspection On The Capping Threads

• CO2 & SST checklist (BMR)
• Product temperature checklist (BMR)
• Date coding

Ensure the correct date code, format and alignment is used prior to production and hourly checking

• Labelling/ shrink sleeving usage

Ensure the correct labels/ shrink sleeves is being used prior to production and hourly checking

• Packing checklist (BMR)

Ensure the quantity produced is correct

• Checking on the rewashed & rewashed bottles

Visual inspection of glass bottles of the condition, cleanliness, foreign matters

QC ACTIVITIES

• Ensure all forms are filled accordingly by the PIC-based on a daily and monthly basis
• Assist in cleanliness & tidiness for the whole factory
• Ensure good hygiene practices of the management staff and general workers
• Execute technical duties directed by QA, Factory Manager, or other supervisors.

Job Requirements

• SPM/Diploma in any relevant fields are welcome.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English will be an added advantage.
• Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven.
• Willing to work 6 days per week
