- Promote company products to prospects (Air/Sea Freight/Warehousing/Logistics).
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics & Supply Chain Management is preferable.
- Create, develop, and secure business from new prospects while maintaining relationships for long-term business opportunities.
- Work with internal teams to ensure all enquiries, orders, and shipments are well executed.
- Understand customer needs, create solutions, build rapport with prospects, and secure customers on board.
- Responsible for meeting job KPIs and monthly sales targets.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned or required from time to time.
Job Entitlement:
- Basic Salary (Based on qualification & experience) with EPF/SOCSO/EIS.
- Performance Bonus and Allowance.
- Monthly high rates of commission scheme.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the freight forwarding industry.
- Pleasant personality with a good command of English & Mandarin.
- Required skills: Sales Presentation, Negotiation & Prospecting Skills.
- Mature, sales-driven, and capable of working independently under pressure.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel if required.
