Job Responsibilities

1. Generating Sales
2. Leading team of store/sales manager(s)/senior supervisor(s)/supervisor(s) in maximizing sales and commercial opportunities
3. Maximizing sales return per square foot
4. Increasing average basket and overall transactions of the responsible business unit
5. Ensuring efficiency in the preparation and implementation of sales promotion activities
6. Adapting seasonal changes according to the seasonal guide and maintaining high standards of merchandise display
7. Analyzing sales figures and identifying ways to increase sales by assessing strengths and weaknesses
8. Utilizing stock management systems to ensure optimum stock availability and efficient logistic movements of stocks
9. Implementing best practices as guided by the commercial management toolkit
10. Leading and motivating the team to achieve daily targets

Job Requirements

1. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English
2. At least 3 years of working experience in managing retail stores and subordinates
3. Candidate must be willing to work on retail hours and on public holidays
