• Workplace Operations & Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for daily office operations, front desk, and logistics, fostering a productive and welcoming work environment.
• Facilities & Vendor Management: Oversee service desk requests and liaise with IT, facilities, and external contractors to ensure high maintenance standards across all office spaces and amenities.
• Event, Meeting & Travel Coordination: Manage end-to-end logistics for corporate travel, company events, and meetings, including room setups, vehicle dispatch, and accommodation bookings.
• HSEQ & Office Compliance: Assist with health, safety, environmental, and quality (HSEQ) standards through ergonomic workstation assessments, safety notices, incident handling, and office audits.
• Administrative & Lifecycle Support: Facilitate employee onboarding/offboarding, workspace allocation, procurement, expense tracking, and process optimization to streamline business administration.

skills and experience required

• Diploma or Bachelor's Deree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Hospitality & Tourism Management or a related discipline.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with proven ability to handle records management, administrative reporting, and written communications.
• Prior experience in office administration, facilities operations, hospitality, or corporate travel in a service-oriented environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging professionally with internal teams, vendors, and visitors.
