Responsibilities:

  • Monthly Staff Activities & Birthday Celebration
  • Prepares HR related letters (Letter of Offer, Confirmation/Extension of Probation Letter, Warning Letter, and other relevant letters)
  • Process monthly salaries, maintain employment records and confidentiality
  • Maintain leave records
  • Compile and prepare HR monthly reports
  • Assist HQ office and outlets with general administration
  • Coordinate recruitment arrangements such as collecting additional documents and scheduling interview sessions
  • Perform other duties assigned by the superior

Minimum Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • 1 to 2 years relevant experience
  • Experience in large scale retail accounts is an advantage
  • Proficient in UBS Payroll System and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Mature, team player, able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proactive, meticulous, detail-oriented, and strong analytical skills
  • Good teamwork skills and ability to work independently, flexible, and a positive attitude
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; flexibility to work on weekends/public holidays when required
  • Possess the flexibility to travel outstation when required

  • Good interpersonal communication skills with proficiency in English and Mandarin (preferred for dealing with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders)
