Job Responsibility

Prospecting And Lead Generation

  • Identifying and researching potential customers or clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
  • Generating leads and opportunities for sales by initiating contact and building relationships with prospects.

Sales Presentations And Demonstrations

  • Presenting products or services to potential customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Conducting product demonstrations or providing samples to showcase offerings and address customer needs.

Consultative Selling

  • Understanding the needs and requirements of customers through effective questioning and active listening.
  • Offering personalized solutions and recommendations based on customer preferences and pain points.
  • Building rapport and trust with customers to facilitate long-term relationships.

Negotiation And Closing

  • Negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts with customers to secure sales and achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Overcoming objections and addressing concerns to alleviate customer hesitations and finalize deals.
  • Closing sales transactions and obtaining commitments from customers to purchase products or services.

Relationship Management

  • Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Providing ongoing support and assistance to customers post-sale, addressing any issues or inquiries they may have.
  • Upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing customers to maximize revenue opportunities.

Sales Reporting And Forecasting

  • Keeping detailed records of sales activities, interactions with customers, and progress towards sales targets.
  • Providing regular reports and updates to sales management on sales performance, trends, and forecasts.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies and action plans to achieve sales objectives.

Continuous Learning And Improvement

  • Staying informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings.
  • Continuously enhancing product knowledge, sales techniques, and communication skills through training and professional development.
  • Soliciting feedback from customers and colleagues to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.

In Social Media

  • Lead Generation: Using social media platforms to identify and engage potential customers by initiating conversations, sharing relevant content, and building relationships.
  • Direct Selling: Leveraging social media channels to promote products or services directly to potential buyers through personalized messages, product demonstrations, and special offers.
  • Customer Engagement: Interacting with followers, responding to inquiries, and addressing customer concerns or feedback in a timely and professional manner to nurture relationships and drive sales.
  • Networking: Expanding professional networks and connections through platforms like LinkedIn, participating in relevant groups or communities, and engaging with industry influencers to generate leads and opportunities.
  • Content Sharing: Sharing valuable and engaging content related to products, industry insights, or customer success stories to educate and inform followers, positioning oneself as a trusted advisor and thought leader.
  • Tracking and Analytics: Monitoring social media performance metrics such as engagement rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to assess the effectiveness of sales efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Content Creation: Developing compelling and relevant content such as blog posts, infographics, videos, and social media posts to attract and engage target audiences.
  • Audience Targeting: Utilizing social media advertising tools to define target audiences based on demographics, interests, and behaviors, and creating ad campaigns to reach specific segments.
  • Community Building: Fostering a sense of community among followers by initiating discussions, hosting live events or webinars, and encouraging user-generated content to increase brand loyalty and advocacy.

Job Requirements

  • At least SPM holder
  • Prefer from KL north
  • Need basic computing knowledge, like Microsoft office, word and Excel
  • Selling frozen pork
  • Existing customer to follow up
  • Language required: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
