Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Electrical Construction Scheme Design & Implementation:

• Prepare electrical construction drawings and technical disclosure documents (drawing approval rate).

• Optimize construction methods and material selection (cost-saving rate).

• Develop construction schedules and supervise execution (schedule achievement rate).

• Construction Site Management:

• Supervise the installation quality of electrical equipment and the implementation of safety standards (first-time acceptance pass rate).

• Coordinate and resolve technical issues during construction (issue closure rate).

• Review construction variations and site instructions (variation compliance rate).

• Project Acceptance & Documentation Management:

• Organize commissioning and energization acceptance of electrical systems (acceptance pass rate).

• Prepare as-built documentation and handover files (documentation completeness rate).

Other tasks:

• Complete temporary tasks assigned by the leader.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above

• At least 3 years of experience in industrial electrical engineering construction management; has led or participated in large-scale factory electrical engineering projects

• Proficient in design of power supply and distribution system drawings, electrical installation codes, and acceptance standards.

• Familiar with installation, commissioning, and energization procedures of high- and low-voltage distribution equipment..

• Knowledgeable in GB/T construction safety standards and project cost control methods.

• Proficient in Malay , English and Mandarin(Need report to HQ in China).

• Familiar with material selection, quantity take-off, and variation/change management in construction projects
