IT Software Developer

IT Software Developer is responsible for researching, designing, implementing, and managing software programs. He/She will be involved in the full software development life cycle including requirement gathering, designing, developing, testing, deploying programs, and developing modifications. Also writing and implementing efficient code.

What You Will Do

• Producing clean, efficient code based on technical and functional specifications
• Testing, verifying, and deploying programs and systems
• Troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading existing software
• Working with in-house and external developers to design algorithms and flowcharts
• Integrating software components and relevant programs
• Creating technical documentation for reference and reporting
• Updating technical issue management system with information about technical issues and following up to ensure the issues are resolved
• Keeping up to date with recent technologies and development tools
• Meeting with internal or external stakeholders to discuss requirements and/or project progress
• Contributing to continuous improvements through highlighting any areas where the delivery process can be improved
• Working as part of a multidisciplinary team

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, or similar role
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment
• Knowledge of coding languages (e.g. C#, ASP.NET, PHP, Laravel, HTML5, CSS, MySQL) and frameworks/systems
• Experience with databases and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks
• Ability to learn new languages and technologies
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
