Job Description
- Develop and implement data analytics strategies to support business goals in the property industry.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Lead the development of dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key performance indicators.
- Manage data governance and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.
- Provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency and customer experience through data insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in analytics tools and methodologies.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of data-driven decision-making.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Data Analytics Manager should have:
- A degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Python, R, SQL, or similar platforms.
- Experience in creating dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills to present insights to stakeholders effectively.
- Knowledge of the property industry and its data-driven applications is an advantage.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
