To use an analogy from ancient warfare, Finance is responsible for managing provisions, while HR is in charge of recruiting soldiers and strategists. As an Accountant, you will ensure the company's accounts are accurate and the financial health is maintained, laying a strong foundation for the company’s future IPO. Additionally, one of our business lines is financial education for enterprises, giving you the opportunity to interact with entrepreneurs from various industries and even present on how to manage company finances effectively. This role not only allows you to learn the financial operations of different industries but also to build your personal brand and increase your visibility (many of our team members at Finspark have been developed into lecturers, transforming from Nobody to Somebody). • 拥有至少 Diploma 或 Bachelor's Degree in Accounting 相关认证 或 Professional certificate with MIA membership。
• 至少2年的 Full Set Account 的经验。
• 有处理 Intercompany Account 的经验（因为企业内部有几家 Subsidiaries)。
