; JOB REQUIREMENTS: RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through outreach, networking, referrals and digital channels.
• Prospect and connect with brands, corporates and marketing decision makers.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline from initial contact through to meetings, proposals and confirmed projects.
• Develop opportunities across Spacerae’s creative, design, digital and events capabilities.

• Identify client needs and opportunities across Annual Reports, Corporate Brochures, Branding, Website Design, Digital, ATL, BTL, Campaigns, Activations and Events.
• Work closely with the Creative team to develop tailored proposals and solutions.
• Present proposals, follow up on opportunities and support negotiations through to project confirmation.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat and ongoing business.
• Keep track of prospects, proposals, follow-ups and sales opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts and services.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, account management or marketing, preferably in a creative, advertising, events or media environment.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Confident in prospecting, meeting clients and developing new relationships.
• Good understanding of creative, design, digital, advertising or events is an advantage.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple opportunities.
• A self-starter who enjoys opening doors, building relationships and creating business opportunities.
