Job Responsibility Position Overview The Digital & Creative Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing creative marketing strategies to drive online engagement, brand awareness, and customer acquisition. This role will focus heavily on managing our social media presence across various platforms including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Xiaohongshu (XHS). This position requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and digital marketing expertise. Social Media Management
- Develop and manage our social media strategy to increase online presence and improve marketing and sales efforts.
- Create engaging and high-quality content tailored to each platform (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and XHS).
- Schedule and publish content consistently across all social media platforms.
- Monitor social media trends and make recommendations for new approaches and strategies.
- Respond to social media inquiries promptly and foster positive interactions with followers.
- Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Produce creative and compelling content including videos, graphics, and blog posts to support marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with the design and content teams to ensure a consistent brand message across all platforms.
- Use storytelling to engage audiences and drive brand loyalty.
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns that promote Revival Clinic and its services.
- Optimize content for SEO and usability.
- Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.
- Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time, or improving conversion.
- Conduct market research to identify new marketing opportunities and consumer preferences.
- Analyze competitors' marketing strategies and provide insights for improvement.
- Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed for marketing projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and creative content creation.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of SEO and content management systems (CMS).
