• Responsible to service existing accounts, secure new clients and maintain strong relationships within the local market to ensure ongoing business and dynamic growth of Hap Seng Fertilizers.
• Actively involve in shipment operations, including the supervision of bulk cargo discharging and receipt processes, and work closely with operations supervisor to ensure efficient and accurate handling of all shipments.
• To increase the client base by acquiring new account and maintain high retention rates among the existing clients in the northern region of Sarawak.
• To achieve or exceed sales target by quarterly or half-yearly, contributing to the overall revenue goals of the branch.
• To expand Hap Seng Fertilizers’ market share in the region through strategic marketing initiatives and client engagement activities such as product presentation, active participation in ISP activities, etc.
• Develop and maintain strong relationship with clients, providing regular updates and prompt responses to inquiries to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• To oversee and ensure the efficiency of shipment operations including the discharging and receiving of cargo, as well as to ensure to minimize the delays and errors along the processes.
• Collaborate effectively with operation supervisor and other internal team to ensure seamless integration of sales and operational processes, improving the overall business efficiency and client service delivery.

Job Requirements:

• Applicants must have Diploma or Degree in Agribusiness, Agriculture or Marketing or any related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience, and applicant with logistics / shipping operations experience will be an added advantage.
• Candidate must be able to travel extensively within Sarawak for marketing & sales purpose.
• Able to conduct product presentation in front of a crowd.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (eg. Word, PowerPoint & Excel).
• A team player and able to work independently.
• Full time position is available based at Bintulu, Sarawak.
