Job Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions and adherence to accounting principles.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Collaborate with the management to develop annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor budgetary performance, providing insights and recommendations to management.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and variance analyses for presentation to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.
Audit and Compliance:
- Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial operations and implement best practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role in the retail industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and auditing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:

- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
