- Manage students' registration and schedules.
- Advise and consult students on academic situations and results.
- Communicate with tutors to ensure classes run smoothly.
- Handle other tasks as required.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (Diploma in Customer Service or Diploma in Education preferred)
- Able to converse well in Malay or English
- Candidate with a strong team player mindset is an added advantage
