Inventory Coordinator

ResMed seeks an Inventory Coordinator to manage warehouse inventory accuracy and integrity across Malaysian facilities. The role involves coordinating with logistics providers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies, support production planning, and maintain compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records across all warehouses aligned with system transactions
- Investigate inventory discrepancies with 3PLs and internal departments, performing root cause analysis
- Generate replenishment reports aligned to production schedules to ensure material availability
- Execute cycle counts and variance analysis for internal and 3PL warehouses regularly
- Support inventory audits and compliance activities while monitoring irregularities and slow-moving stock
Requirements
- Diploma in Warehouse, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years inventory management, warehousing, or operations experience
- ERP system experience (Oracle, SAP, or equivalent)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
- Fluent English written and verbal communication
- Experience with 3PL-managed warehouse operations (preferred)
- Familiarity with cycle counting and inventory reconciliation (preferred)
