Responsibilities:
- To establish process control system through SPC to meet quality and production targets.
- To lead a team of engineers and technicians in charge of line assembly processes.
- To initiate and implement productivity and quality improvement and cost reduction program.
- To provide engineering support for new device start up.
- To ensure customer’s products are processed in accordance with customers specification and requirement.
- To liaise with customers on any quality issue related to engineering.
- To improve assembly yield and quality and reliability.
- To resolve customers’ complaint and provide corrective and preventive measure.
- Work with Production and Maintenance to enhance equipment performance.
- To continuously train and develop subordinates.
- Develop and implement all necessary procedures and policies to ensure that process engineering and failure analysis teams achieve their business objectives.
- Responsible for the effective management of environmental management system of his/her department / functions.
- Responsible for implementing & monitoring the effectiveness of the environmental management system of his / her department.
- To carry out any other duties as requested and assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
- Must possess Degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical or mechanical, with more than 10 years of experiences in electronic or electromechanical product manufacturing.
- Possess effective leadership and managerial qualities.
- Able to analyze difficult data and propose improvement plans.
