HR Associate Talent Acquisition - New

Responsibility:

  1. Working closely with Talent Acquisition Business Partners/Leads in the APMA region.
  2. Organize and schedule interviews promptly.
  3. Coordinate with candidates via phone calls for urgent scenarios.
  4. Responsible for preparing employment contracts for new hires.
  5. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  6. Develop and maintain a filing system, organizing candidate data (e.g., resume, personal documents, etc.) in the internal database.
  7. Responsible for performing background checks on new hires.
  8. Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g., collecting required documents from candidates and submitting documents to P&O Services).
  9. Update and maintain policies and procedures.
  10. Vendor management and maintaining contact lists.
  11. Submit and reconcile expense reports and vendor invoicing, raise PO.
  12. Initiate and monitor relocation process with Global Mobility.
  13. Handle application of work permits for foreign workers & employment pass for expatriates.
  14. Assist in sending out announcements on job openings.

Requirements:

  1. Diploma/Bachelor/master’s degree in HR/Accounting/Business or related field is preferred.
  2. Fluency in an additional regional language is an added advantage.
  3. 1+ years’ experience in P&O Services (or similar customer service organizations), preferably in larger organizations.
