Responsibility:
- Working closely with Talent Acquisition Business Partners/Leads in the APMA region.
- Organize and schedule interviews promptly.
- Coordinate with candidates via phone calls for urgent scenarios.
- Responsible for preparing employment contracts for new hires.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system, organizing candidate data (e.g., resume, personal documents, etc.) in the internal database.
- Responsible for performing background checks on new hires.
- Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g., collecting required documents from candidates and submitting documents to P&O Services).
- Update and maintain policies and procedures.
- Vendor management and maintaining contact lists.
- Submit and reconcile expense reports and vendor invoicing, raise PO.
- Initiate and monitor relocation process with Global Mobility.
- Handle application of work permits for foreign workers & employment pass for expatriates.
- Assist in sending out announcements on job openings.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor/master’s degree in HR/Accounting/Business or related field is preferred.
- Fluency in an additional regional language is an added advantage.
- 1+ years’ experience in P&O Services (or similar customer service organizations), preferably in larger organizations.
