Responsibilities

1. As an expert of Keysight's Digital Test products or solution, provides responsive and in-depth pre and post-sales technical support including measurement, application, configuration, etc. Application includes PCIE, DDR, USB, Ethernet, HDMI, etc.
2. As an expert of Keysight's optical & lightwave Test products or solution, provides responsive and in-depth pre and post-sales technical support including measurement, application, configuration, etc. Application includes optical passive components, active components, communication system testing, etc.
3. Understands customer's problems and efficiently resolves the technical inquiry via remote channels like phone, email, portal etc.
4. Research on solution by replicating customer's issue in lab, proactively works with R&D by providing customer insights etc.
5. Delivers technical expertise via a remote channel for solution implementation and start-up assistance to the customer based on Keysight Test and Measurement products and services.
6. Qualify and refer hardware, software and services sales opportunities to the right Sales teams.
7. Contribute technical articles to the KeysightCare Knowledge Base.

Qualifications

1. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential due to the need to support the Greater China business.
2. Bachelors/Master/Dr. Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
3. Typically, 8+ Year Experience in using Test & Measurement instrumentation/software for digital/optical test. e.g. High Performance Oscilloscope, AWG, BERT, DCA, OMA, LCA, etc.
4. Well understand about high-speed digital interface test. E.g. PCIE, DDR, USB, Ethernet, HDMI, etc.
5. Well understand Optical Component Test and Optical Communication.
6. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with a wide variety of people. And be able to discuss and explain complex issues remotely.
7. Possess a customer-first mindset with the passion to serve customers.
8. Requires in-depth technical knowledge and experience in job and ability to work independently.
9. Be able to handle multi-task and work under pressure.
