Job Description
- Oversee the implementation of digital HR projects such as T&A system, Payroll System, and HR Master Data system in collaboration with various stakeholders and departments.
- Harmonize processes across multiple Business Units within the country to ensure operational efficiency.
- Resolve employee inquiries in Malaysia promptly and with high quality.
- Lead the preparation and documentation of data for updating HR Master Data System (Peoplesoft) accurately and timely.
- Maintain high data quality standards for employee master data management.
- Manage responses to HR procedure queries via multiple communication channels.
- Provide expert guidance on Malaysia HR policies, supporting managers and employees as needed.
- Educate employees on available services and promote self-service tools through training initiatives.
- Identify and update knowledge articles, ensuring relevance and accuracy.
- Drive process standardization and service delivery projects in collaboration with HR and line management.
- Act as a knowledgeable resource on the knowledge base and handle inquiries effectively.
- Manage end-to-end coordination of payroll, time & attendance projects in Malaysia, including blueprint design, UAT, training, internal communication, process management, and vendor relations.
The Successful Applicant
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration, Business, or a related field; additional postgraduate HR management qualifications are advantageous.
- Bring 3-5 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations, specializing in Payroll, Time & Attendance management, and HR Shared Services within a complex organizational setup.
- Demonstrate a customer-centric approach, adept at managing expectations with empathy and professionalism.
- Build robust relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders to drive collaborative outcomes.
- Exhibit a strong drive for achieving results, with agility to navigate within a matrix organizational structure.
- Utilize data interpretation skills to gauge workload capacity and discern service trends effectively.
- Maintain confidentiality rigorously while leveraging strong interpersonal skills to handle sensitive matters discreetly.
- Thrive in high-pressure environments, adept at managing multiple tasks under remote supervision.
- Embrace innovation and flexibility in dynamic work environments, contributing fresh ideas enthusiastically.
- Communicate effectively with a sense of urgency through both verbal and written channels, with exceptional English writing skills.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, with practical application experience.
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft, Service Now, and Mywave HRIS is advantageous.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and self-drive, fostering a positive mindset while collaborating across diverse functions and global landscapes.
- Tech-savvy with a strong ability to adapt swiftly to internal systems, exhibiting proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
