Your new role As a Graduate Trainee, you will be exposed to the external recruitment world, and your responsibilities will include:

• Attracting new candidates and sustain a strong talent pool in the market through multiple acquisition method and interviewing them to understand their suitability for roles.
• Continuously communicate with candidates to find the most suitable opportunities for them.
• Sourcing for the best candidates for your clients, and convincing the clients why said candidate is suitable.
• Management of candidate relationships to build trust and ensure a smooth and successful recruitment process.
