Position: Turnaround Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Overall management of the turnaround.
- Work closely with turnaround team members.
- Gatekeeper for activities (GO-NO-GO); activities not meeting pre-set conditions will not be allowed for execution.
- Host pre-turnaround weekly coordination meetings, activities, challenge sessions, team-building, pre-mob briefings, and implement lessons learned from previous years.
- Review personnel count (POB) to ensure all work can be completed within the limited AWB POB.
- Ensure smooth deployment of manpower and materials to various locations, including onshore Bintulu Onshore Receiving Facility (BORF) and offshore platforms, managing inflow of up to 1,000 personnel.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience as a project/operations/maintenance engineer or equivalent in upstream Oil & Gas environment.
- Experience in major planned turnarounds and proficiency in MS Projects.
- Fluency in spoken and written English; Bahasa Malaysia is required.
- Basic working knowledge of offshore and onshore oil and gas production processes.
