- Talent Management and Development:

- Support succession planning efforts to ensure a pipeline of skilled employees for key roles within the organization.
- Facilitate training and development programs tailored to the needs of the manufacturing workforce, focusing on skills enhancement and career growth.
- Change Management and Organizational Development:
- Lead change management initiatives within the manufacturing operations, guiding employees and managers through organizational changes effectively.
- Drive initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, employee morale, and team dynamics.
- Utilize data and analytics to assess the impact of organizational changes and HR interventions, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities tailored to the intricacies of the food manufacturing environment with specific experience in labor relations and union environments.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, regulations, and collective bargaining agreements.
