- Manage customer interactions via inbound calls (hotline).
- Record transactions in respective system provided by Pos Malaysia.
- Engage with internal counterparts in solving issues.
- Working collaboratively with the team to solve customer issues within the timeline.
- Adapt, simplify and act quickly.
- Provide solution and follow up until customer's issue is resolved.
- Possess working experience in customer service industry and/or individuals with customer centric mindset.
- Possess good communication and writing skills (English & Malay language)
- Able to answer transactional inquiries and complaints via the assigned channel while probing and keying in details into system efficiently.
- Familiar with contact centre environment is an advantage.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays, if needed.
- Working hours: 8.30am to 12.30pm or 9.00am to 1.00pm (minimum 4 hours shift)
- Working days: 5 days per week, between Monday to Sunday (working days will be as per scheduled)
