For which tasks (responsibilities)?

  • Know the projects you'll need to support inside out;

  • Help users get the hang of game or app mechanics (no voice calls, only written messages);

  • Solve user issues timely and efficiently;

  • Respond to user reviews in mobiles stores (App Store / Google Play).

What kind of professional are we looking for?

  • You have a good grasp of written English (B2 / Upper-Intermediate);

  • You can express your thoughts clearly and be persuasive in Russian and English;

  • You are tech-savvy and good with MS Office, various messengers, Google services, etc.;

  • You are attentive to detail, resilient, and can process a large amount of data;

  • You are keen to learn, improve your skills, and share your knowledge with others.

  • You are ready to do a small test assignment.
