工作要求及職責：
- 相關領域的應屆畢業生/文憑持有者/學位持有者
- 優先考慮具有室內設計背景的候選人。
- 參與合約簽訂前和合約簽訂後的管理工作。
- 整理和處理來自各供應商的成本分析文件
- 招標範圍概述，尋找新的供應商和分包商。
- 核查承包商和供應商的索賠和報價，並報告任何異常情況。
- 監控所有變更指示（VO）是否已妥善記錄和申報。
- 自信、積極主動，能夠在壓力下工作並按時完成任務。
- 熟練 Microsoft Office、Microsoft Excel、AutoCAD 等軟體。
- 能說寫英語、中文和馬來語。
- 自備交通工具。
- 為業績優異者提供優厚的獎金方案。
