Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated full-time High School English Teacher to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fostering student growth and a commitment to creating an engaging and inclusive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Uphold the school’s mission, values, and policies, and serve as a role model for students.
2. Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the American curriculum standards and meet the diverse learning needs of high school students.
3. Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation, critical thinking, and intellectual curiosity.
4. Assess and evaluate student progress using a variety of assessment methods and provide timely and constructive feedback.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to plan and coordinate interdisciplinary projects and school events.
6. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student performance and development.
7. Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to the school's continuous improvement initiatives.
